Coaching

Be trusted for how you think — not only valued for what you deliver.

You’re good at what you do. You’ve built a successful career, trusted with responsibility for teams, clients and projects. And you’re ready for what’s next.

What’s less clear is the path from here. You already know it isn’t about working harder, or doing more of the same. The next level of leadership ahead of you asks for more than capability — influence, visibility, being seen as a strategic leader, and the capacity to get there.

That’s the work I do — with people who’ve decided to be deliberate about where they’re going, rather than leave it to chance. The shift from being valued for what you deliver to being trusted as the leader you already are, and the way of working that makes it hold.

Ways to work with me

There are two ways you can work with me.

Both start with a conversation about where you are and where you want to be.

ELEVATE

A six-week group program for women in property, architecture and the wider built environment.

A small cohort of your peers, working on the move from being valued for what you deliver to being trusted as a strategic leader — and learning to claim that as your own.

Led by someone with over 20 years at C-suite and board level.

I realised I already have a seat at the table. I just haven’t been sitting in it.EdnaDirector

PRIVATE COACHING

One to one.

Sometimes the work is better done privately. A move into a bigger role or a new direction — the kind of transition where what got you here isn’t quite what carries you through.

Or the ongoing kind: a senior leader who wants a clear-eyed thinking partner in the room for the decisions as they come — the people, the strategy, the calls no one else can make for you. A place where you can ask the questions you can’t ask anywhere else.

It’s confidential, and it’s neither leadership training nor therapy — a conversation with someone who’s sat in the roles you’re navigating, and can hold the deeper questions most coaches don’t have the standing to ask.
